Our History

Chiariello Upholstering was EST 1955 by Mike Chiariello and has been a family run service since.Their professional service has decorated many homes in the Livingston,West Orange,Roseland,Short hills and  Essex County area.

Mr. Chiariello was a perfectionist and an honest business man who took pride in taking an old piece of furniture and bringing it back to life again with his talent.He taught those values to his two sons, Joseph and Michael.

Mr Chiariello started his career doing auto seat covers in the late 40's and early 50's and took upholstery lessons on the side from a well known upholsterer named Joseph Limbo. Mike went full force into furniture upholstery in 1955 and the rest is history. He took great pride in making his customers happy and satisfied with his work and those values continue today with his son Michael.
